like a career in the Psychology or Behavioral Health fields Our Behavior
Interventionists provide in-home and center-based ABA therapy sessions to
families and children on the autism spectrum and/or other related disorders. Our
Behavior Interventionists work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) as you interact directly with your assigned clients. If you are ready

- Preferred applicants will be enrolled or completed a 4-year degree in Psychology or other related field
- Preferred applicants will have 1-2 years of ABA experience and/or professional/personal experience with Autism or other related disabilities
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week during business hours (Mon-Fri 8a-7p Sat 8a-2p)
- Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance
- Ability to provide negative TB Test results
- Ability to pass background check, DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings, and/or provide immunization record
- Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements
- Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisitions and behavioral reduction protocols
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Follow and record data for prescribed toilet-training protocols
- Effectively communicate with parents / caregivers regarding clients' progress as instructed by case supervisors
- Assist with parent / caregiver training, as needed, in line with clients' individual treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures with clients
- Participate in on-going trainings and professional development meetings as it relates to skills needed to perform job functions accurately and efficiently
- Flexible schedule within business hours to meet client's needs
