Overview Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Mount Pleasant Towne Center at Bath & Body Works. This seasonal, part-time role involves helping customers find the right products, delivering excellent service, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and organized. Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Manual duties include standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer service results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
