Title:

Program Analyst, Journeyman

KBR Is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to join our team. In this role you will support PMA 265 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems.

PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.

Note: This position is a hybrid position that requires work onsite at least one day a week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides program management support by developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on, and/or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures.

Develop and analyzes information and documentation systems as well as other similar functions of program management.

Provides program management support for all activities that occur during the life cycle of a program and presenting plans, recommendations, analyses, and other advice within a broad functional area to customers, site managers, and all employee levels within the project.

Update and reconciles spend plan for appropriation funding.

Works various financial drills.

Attends financial meetings.

Works closely with CIV BFM and Comptroller to ensure funding documents are approved in a timely manner.

Attends spend plan review meetings.

Attends budget review meetings.

This position is a hybrid position that requires work onsite at least one day a week.

Basic Qualifications:

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree.

OR

Associates degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Required Experience:

Two plus years of related experience.

10 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this positions required unique computer applications.

Must be able to present data and compile reports as required by the contract.

An active secret clearance is desired. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance as required by the contract.
