This position is responsible for providing support and expertise as the HRMS system administrator and supports various HR generalist duties for the Mason location.

Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

  • Primary contact for HRIS system related questions/issues.
  • Assess current system and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS
  • Serve as subject matter expert and provide system consulting regarding Oracle HRIS system.
  • Configure outbound interface files designed for other systems and third-party vendors.
  • Generate advanced ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools (e.g. fast formulas, Excel, SQL). Provides accurate and timely information to Payroll, Human Resources, and other functions within the business.
  • Perform functionality tests under the guidance of the IT department.
  • Troubleshoot issues, working with IT if necessary to resolve.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up to associates and managers, on company policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Assist in the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Assist in entering changes generated via Employee Status Records (ESR) into Oracle HRMS system.
  • Develop timelines, lead the Employee Performance Planning Review and Merit process.



Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS systems.
  • Above average Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred.
