Education / Training

•Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Key Job Elements

•Assist with IT support tasks and troubleshooting efforts to help maintain smooth operations;
•Participate in network administration and security measures to ensure data integrity and system reliability;
•Engage in software development projects, offering innovative ideas and learning from experienced professionals;
•Contribute to IT project management by attending meetings, taking minutes, and supporting project deliverables;
•Demonstrate initiative by learning new technologies and software outside of formal education;
•Show a keen interest in contributing to open-source projects or similar collaborative tech communities.

Qualifications and Experience

•A strong desire to learn and grow within the IT profession.
•Demonstrated interest in technology through personal projects, contributions to open source, or similar activities outside of school;
•Basic understanding of IT principles and willingness to expand knowledge;
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently;
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
