Job SummaryWe are opening new retail locations and looking for high motivated luxury retail scent consultants aka sales associates. Aroma360 Sales Consultants are strong closers who build lasting relationships with high-end clientele.The right candidate is a passionate inside Sales Consultant who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence

Essential DutiesRetail Sales Consultants negotiate and close contracts with Aroma360's local and global clientele.Professional and persuasive sellingBecome an expert in selling Aroma360 signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services.Closer with a consultative sales approachUpdate CRM system with client informationMeet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas.

RequirementsMinimum of two years inside or retail sales experienceLuxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clienteleLooking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%Contract negotiationStrong closing experienceMoney motivated and commission focusedCompetitive, outgoing, and high energyException phone presence and sales approachResults-drivenProficiency in ExcelExcellent time management skillsCRM experience, SalesForce preferred but not requiredAbility to work cohesively within a competitive sales team
