Join Our Team as a Developmental Consultant Responsibilities: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? As a Developmental Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing Screening and Assessment services for children up to age five and their families. Your daily tasks will include: * Conducting screenings and assessments using approved tools with a keen eye for detail and sensitivity. * Analyzing and interpreting data to identify risks, protective factors, and client needs, paving the way for tailored support and intervention. * Engaging with families in their homes or community settings, ensuring a warm and welcoming approach. * Offering flexibility by scheduling appointments after school, in the evenings, or on weekends to better suit families' availability. * Maintaining thorough records of appointments, referrals, and home visits, ensuring seamless communication with your supervisor. Qualifications: Do you have the drive to empower families and the skills to make a lasting impact? Here's what we're looking for: * A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, with a preference for backgrounds in social work, developmental psychology, or early childhood education. * At least two years of experience in child welfare, primary prevention services, or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to serving vulnerable populations. * Fluency in both English and Spanish required. * Flexibility is key You should be available for evening appointments twice a week and weekend sessions twice a month to accommodate our clients' schedules. * Hold a valid Florida driver's license, as you'll be out and about supporting families in various locations.
