
Sales Operations Associate

Job Title: Sales Operations AssociateDepartment: OperationsJob Level: L3FLSA: ExemptJob Summary:The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting Bear Robotics' sales team with day to day operations tasks while working towards continuous process improvement and performance metrics tracking. This role will report into the business operations team which is responsible for cross functional processes bridging sales, marketing, finance and strategy.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Assist the sales, finance, and field robotics engineer team with contract advancement Monitor and report on customer pipeline Perform analysis on sales and marketing data to develop insights into key KPIs, such as cost of customer acquisition (CAC) and customer lifetime valueAct as a sales, marketing, sales ops & strategy liaison to communicate areas for continuous improvementAssist with market research and benchmarkingMaintain productive and collaborative business relationships with departments and individuals who use or contribute to key sales processes.Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of sales process systems/process improvements as needed.Knowledgeable in Bear Robotics CRM systems (including, but not limited to Salesforce, Netsuite etc.) and data flowsPerform analysis of data in regards to trends and help to support forecast of various commercial transactions.Other duties as assignedQualifications & Preferred Skills: Familiarity with sales and marketing processesStrong verbal, written communication and presentation skillsStrong analytics, quantitative, and problem solving capabilitiesAbility to translate insights into actionable recommendationsAdvanced MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsExperience with Google AnalyticsExperience with SalesforceExperience with NetSuitePreferred SkillsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data StudioExperience with SQL, VBA, Google ScriptsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of related experiencePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
