Keep reading to learn how to expand your career with this role. Key Duties: Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer, and/or other suppliers as needed. Use the location's WMS system to update area or shift metrics as needed. Route customer orders using third-party sites. Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports, memos, and summaries, often of a technical and/or confidential nature. Floor work and additional duties as assigned. Perform basic administrative tasks for the area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents. Gather from and provide information to floor employees. Coordinate activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift. Perform other duties as assigned, depending on the area supported or if location-specific.
