*Employment Type:* Full-Time or Part-Time *Pay Range: * Full-Time: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, contingent upon experience & role Part-Time: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, contingent upon experience, & role *Shifts Available:* Full-Time: 12-hour shifts (3) or 10-hour shifts (4) Part-Time: Saturdays and/or Sundays - 12 hour shifts (8a-8p) *Overnight On-Call: 8p-6a with double pay ($70-80/hour) and a 2-hour minimum if called out, plus shift pay of $2/hour regardless of getting called out or not.* *About Us:* SMX is a leading provider of portable diagnostic imaging services, offering advanced x-ray, ultrasound, and EKG services directly to patients in nursing facilities, assisted living communities, private residences, and other healthcare settings. We have several shifts available and are willing to adjust according to your schedule if it's the right fit. We currently have a few shift options open (listed above). *Key Responsibilities:* * Respond to on-demand order requests and perform mobile x-ray examinations at various locations in the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas during the designated shift. * Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, adapting techniques to accommodate the needs of different patients. * Operate and maintain mobile x-ray equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and following all safety protocols. * Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images. * Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate care and ensure accurate results. * Maintain thorough and accurate records of all imaging procedures performed. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA. *Qualifications:* * ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent required. * Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, patient positioning, and safety protocols. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; Company vehicle will be provided during shift. *Location:* * Tulsa Metro & Surrounding Areas *Benefits (Full-time only):* * Retirement Plan: 401k w/ 4% matching * Health Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield - SMX pays for 70% for employee + family * Dental Insurance: Delta Dental - SMX pays for 70% for employee + family * Vision Insurance: VSP - SMX pays for 70% for employee + family * Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment: SMX pays 100% of a $25,000 death benefit; option to increase to $150,000 at employee's expense) * Long-Term Disability: SMX pays 100% of employee benefit * Voluntary Short-Term Disability: Optional & employee pays 100% * Paid-Time Off: Tiered system based upon tenure; start at 80 hours but increases by 16 hours every 2 years up to 120 hours. * Scrub Allowance: $200 to start; $100 annually on work anniversary * Continuing Education Credits: SMX pays 100% & provides software for completion * Roadside Assistance: SMX pays 100% of personal AAA membership; employees can use for business or personal use Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance Education: * Associate (Preferred) License/Certification: * ARRT (R) Certification (Required) Work Location: On the road by Jobble
