We are looking for a self-directed professional who can collaborate across engineering disciplines to execute projects successfully. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential for preparing reports and delivering information professionally to colleagues and clients. Some management of direct-report engineers may be required, and occasional travel to meet clients or investigate sites will be necessary. While Professional Engineer licensure is desirable, it is not required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to the nature of the role and its responsibilities, it may be necessary to work outside normal business hours.

Travel:
Some travel is expected in this role.

Required Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
•5-10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to the wood products industry.
