We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** + Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term business planning. + Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. + Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and key stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance. + Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, and provide regular updates to management. + Drive the annual planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. + Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. + Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. + Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success. **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:** + Proven work experience as an impact athlete in FP&A or similar role + Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques. + Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning software. Tableau is a plus. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. + Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. + Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment + Ability to take initiative and create concise and decision-supporting analysis is essential + High degree of integrity and honesty. Must maintain confidentiality at all times, as this position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information + M&A integration experience a plus + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs. **DIRECT REPORTS:** Direct Reports **WHO WE ARE** Mobile Communications America, Inc.
