We are currently looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team and work with our Column Assembly area The qualified individual will work closely with our Assembly Lead to receive, commission, and assemble components for process equipment. They will work with Order Entry and Engineering to create and load Bills of Material, fulfill orders, package and ship to customers and additionally, create and maintain documentation for the department and customers. We are looking for someone excited to join an incredible team and a fast-growing company

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test process equipment for pharmaceutical and bioprocess market.
  • Assemble and test air driven hydraulic pump carts.
  • Read and interpret Engineering Bills of Material.
  • Issue material from Inventory to Jobs.
  • Prepare packing lists and other shipping documentation.
  • Reviewing orders in ERP (Navision).
  • Maintaining minimum levels of Floor Stock items.
  • Cycle counts of Inventory items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Packing or crating of materials, systems, and equipment for shipment.
  • Assist QC with inspection of incoming components.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hands-on mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with commonly-used tools
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
