Employer Industry: Social Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $6,576.00 monthly Flexible hybrid work schedule Opportunity for career advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans Access to an Orca Card for transportation needs Commitment to equity, anti-racism, and social justice in the workplace What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Utilize evidence-based interventions to assist in the treatment and promotion of wellness and recovery for patients Conduct substance use disorder assessments to clarify diagnoses and determine appropriate service levels Provide outpatient treatment during hospitalization and assist with community placement as needed Collaborate with treatment teams to develop tailored outpatient treatment plans Support patients in mitigating relapse risks during hospitalization and upon reintegration into the community What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience in planning, policy analysis, and coordination with various agencies Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) or Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDP-T) Ability to obtain an Agency Affiliated Counselor License Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Professional-level experience may substitute for education on an equal basis Computer expertise and ability to multitask and prioritize workload Experience evaluating and comparing written data and observations #SocialServices #SubstanceUseDisorder #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork #EquityAndInclusion "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
