The Internal Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of recruiting for top tier talent in various job functions across the organization. The recruiter will work directly with the firms Management Team to define their recruiting objectives, implement sourcing strategies, and refine the recruiting process while hiring the talent the firm seeks. We are looking for a high energy top producing recruiter with excellent communication skills. This person will have the opportunity to be a part of an entrepreneurial group focused on building a real estate firm that is poised for growth. This is a full-time position with a base salary and an aggressive bonus structure.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Strategize with the Management Team to implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines using all means of communication for various positions across the organization.
  • Qualify candidates by conducting virtual and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, job skills, and ensure cultural fit.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to the Management Team on recruitment activity.
  • Meet or exceed outlined effort expectations and production metrics.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced corporate and/or executive search firm. Experience in real estate recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated sourcing techniques, including building talent pipelines and referral generation.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas.
  • Solid knowledge of current recruiting trends, including the use of social media, automation, and search capabilities.
  • Technical savvy interest in learning and implementing new technology.
  • High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit willingness to work towards the growth of the firm, even when the duty stretches outside of your job description.
