The Recruiting Sourcer plays a critical role in shaping our culture by identifying top candidates who not only have the right skills, but also align with alliantgroup's values and mission. By successfully identifying and attracting candidates you directly contribute to the company's growth and success. The Sourcer supports the Recruiters with candidate sourcing and prescreening knowledge as well as other employment practices of alliantgroup.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to engage with a wide range of candidates, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Partner with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team in headcount planning and forecasting future recruiting needs Create and implement innovative employment marketing and branding strategies through social media and networks to attract passive talent. Perform research to make sure alliantgroup’s Talent Acquisition team remains on the cutting edge in order to bring in the best talent Utilize social media outlets in order to spread the word of the alliantgroup brand Staying up-to-date with industry trends, networking events, market demands, and sourcing techniques

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Competitive, motivated, and inspired to work in a high performance culture where success and hard work is HIGHLY rewarded Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Comfortable with LinkedIn and other social media outlets Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Strong experience scheduling and using MS Outlook Strong Excel skills
