Towncrest Pharmacy is currently hiring two Pharmacists-one for each of its Cornerstone Apothecary locations in Belle Plaine, IA, and Marengo, IA.

The Pharmacist in Belle Plaine will serve as Pharmacist in Charge and will require prior leadership experience, while the Pharmacist in Marengo will work as a Staff Pharmacist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team who emphasize patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
•Assist with directing and monitoring Pharmacy personnel and performance
•Consult with physicians and nurses regarding pharmaceutical questions
•Monitor the storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals
•Evaluate patients and clients for the appropriateness of therapy provided by the Pharmacy
•Maintain records of all transactions to ensure accurate control and accountability for drugs as required by state and federal laws
•Oversee prescription processing to ensure quality and standards of practice are maintained
•Maintain inventory and stock levels consistent with Pharmacy goals and manufacturer protocols

Job Requirements:
•Graduate from a college or school of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
•Pharmacist License, required
