We encourage all to apply for this position.Position Responsibilities:Medical Chart Filing and answering multi-line telephones.Welcoming and screening visitors.Typing letters, memos and reports.Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality to protect our client's rights. This includes professional interaction with clients, families and staff.Demonstrates a proficient understanding and compliance with HIPAA.Managing multiple tasks in a timely manner.Education, Competencies and Credentials:High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong computer skills with MS Office products including tables in Word, Excel Spreadsheet and all areas of Outlook.Medical facility or Unit Clerk experience preferred.Electronic Medical Records experience very helpful.Data Base familiarity helpful.Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Advanced customer service/support skills required. Ability to multi task and works well in a team environment.
