Key Responsibilities: Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough technical analysis of customer requirements and project specifications to recommend appropriate air pollution control solutions. Solution Design: Develop innovative and cost-effective designs for air pollution control systems, considering factors such as efficiency, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards. Engineering Support : Provide technical expertise and support to the sales and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to system commissioning. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development in the field of air pollution control. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving environmental regulations and ensure that all air pollution control systems comply with relevant standards and guidelines. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, installation manuals, and operation guides. Training: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air pollution control systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in the design and application of air pollution control systems, preferably in an industrial or consulting environment. Strong knowledge of air pollution control technologies, such as wet scrubbers, electrostatic precipitators, catalytic converters, and industrial ventilation. Proficiency in CAD software for system design and modeling. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, including EPA regulations (e.g., Clean Air Act) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. Willingness and ability to travel as needed (40% – 50%).
