Role Summary

If your career objective is to enable data-driven decisions across an organization, this role is for you Join Rapid Response as a Data Analyst and unleash the power of Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to translate business needs into dashboards and champion cross-organizational data initiatives.

Compensation

Ranging from $80,000 per year - $110,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Design: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, tailored to specific stakeholder needs.
  • Data Consistency: Leverage Microsoft Fabric components to ensure consistency and user-friendliness across data visualizations.
  • Collaboration: Work with departments and customers to gather, transform, and model data for analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Deep-dive into data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presentation: Present insights and recommendations to leadership to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest Power BI and Fabric features and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with a knack for creating clear and compelling visualizations.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric principles and design guidelines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Server, including basic knowledge of SSAS and SSRS.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion: A passion for learning and keeping up with the ever-evolving data landscape.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts.
  • Experience implementing data governance and security measures.
