Must be: Caring A proven hard worker Focused, dedicated, and detail oriented. Willing to work as a team & autonomously. Passionate Individual looking to serve others. Person who takes initiative. Person able to multi-task. Willing to give your best at all times. Calm under pressure and able to work in stressful situations. Able to take directive and learn. Requirements: Must be 16 or older Must be 18 or older for Kitchen Must be able to meet availability requirements Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad Ability to multitask Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Customer Service-Oriented Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Responsibilities: Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Experience: No Experience Is Necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.
