Shift Schedule Monday Friday: 7?am 5?pm Saturday: 8?am 12?pm Sunday: Closed Description We are hiring immediately for a Store Sales Associate in our retail environment. In this role you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. The position emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative. At The Pittsburgh Paints Co. youll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Connecting with customers and making product recommendations. Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications. Learn about PPC Brands and how to assist in a store. Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email. Tinting and color matching customer requirements. Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment. Support general store operations as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license issued by the state in which the position is based, with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80?pounds periodically and 50?pounds regularly. Customer service skills with a team?oriented focus. Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
