Duties / Responsibilities of this position:
  • Analysis of the business results (Sales, COGS, SG&A, product cost, project profit, etc.).
  • Support the organization in providing return on investment analysis, profitability analysis, Make or buy analysis. Other adhoc analysis that helps the business partners make the best strategic decisions
  • Strong business partnership and collaboration across the entire America's organization
  • Perform cash flow management and NPV analysis, Cost saving analysis, and other ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
  • Ensure the accuracy of COG (Cost of Goods), based on BOM (Bill of Material) and S&P Global sales volume
  • Support the forecast process for all of the America's region
  • Partner with the accounting group to help research any variances between budget and actual
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent years of experience; minimum 3 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst
  • Being able to put together a brief and clear presentation on variance analysis
