Job Summary

Provides confidential administrative support for the President/CEO's office. This support includes maintaining files, maintaining the President/CEO's appointment calendar, making all meeting/travel arrangements, taking and preparing minutes, independently creating correspondence, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, copying, answering telephones, distributing mail.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Associates degree in related area or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Health Care Administration or similar executive-level office environment. Ability to take meeting minutes. Typing speed of 65 wpm. Advanced Word Processing and Spreadsheet experience required with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling. Ability to compose letters independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and determines priorities. Excellent customer service skills required.
