**Job Brief:**

Consistently perform as a contributing member of the FITT team to the overall vision and mission

of the company by providing the highest quality of service through consistent demonstration of

exceptional consultation, evaluation, program design, educational, communication and customer

service skills

**Essential Duties:**

Work with General Manager and professional training & therapy team on continuous improvement of

the quality of FITT's model related to training & therapy services, as well as assist in the development of

all other integrated training, therapy and functional health services

Learn and continue to improve on all skills deemed necessary for the position as outlined in the FITT

Compensation Plan and Advancement Model, becoming proficient in professional skills related to

consultation, evaluation education, program design through implementation, instruction, sales and

retention, customer service, leadership and others deemed necessary by your level of advancement

Adhere to the standards set forth in FITT's Customer Service Manual

Consistently evaluate and re-evaluate clients as set forth in the FITT Client Evaluation Process, inclusive

of year 1 and beyond

Effectively communicate results and goals / objectives to clients on both a weekly and monthly basis

Ensuring effective communication with GM on any and all matters crucial to their overall satisfaction

Fulfillment of all operational requirements set forth in the processes and protocols within the Training

Manual; including but not limited to the production of required reporting documents, evaluation / reevaluation

materials, home programs, program designs, SOAP notes, and any other related documents

set forth in the Training Manual

**Basic Requirements:**

Maintain a minimum of 40 hours of availability

Saturday Schedule opened for at least 2 years

Maintain minimum 32 hours per week of billable hours
