In this role you will
  • Provide Manage operational and clinical quality dashboards.
  • Manage organizational quality and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide consultation and support to clinical/operational process improvement teams as assigned.
  • Support nurse and provider peer review process related to quality-of-care reviews.
  • Manage the activities of the data management program as directed by clinical leadership.
  • Participate in health center-wide education on relevant performance improvement topics including New Staff and New Provider Orientation.
The successful applicant will offer:
  • Minimum of a BA/BS in Data Science or Data Analytics Engineering, or a relevant healthcare/analytics field.
  • Previous experience in data warehouse, analytics environment required.
  • 3-5 years experience with business intelligence or reporting applications such as Crystal Reports required.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL; ability to write complex SQL queries and complex stored procedures required.
  • 1-3 years experience managing data reporting for grants preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Epic electronic health record preferred.
  • Epic Certification preferred.
  • SQL Certification preferred.
