The Role: Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the logistics specialist will be the point of contact for the activities in Latin America and as part of the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for:

Securing top quality products along the supply chain and compliance with the local legal regulations related to food safety, consumer protection and any other relevant regulation required.

Managing the day-to-day logistic planning and execution, dealing and managing logistics and customer queries, and ensuring current logistic setup is in line with the needs of internal and external clients.

Working as the interface of the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries, sharing responsibility for customer satisfaction and customer-related KPIs.

Supervising and tracking the complete order process, from 3rd logistics to end customers, while ensuring high-quality service.

Supporting internal and external customers by providing accurate and helpful information, and also reviewing complaints.

Handling all process orders, guaranteeing that processes are performed according to the corporate authority and strategies.

Ensuring correct documentation (manual, guidelines, etc.) and organizing all relevant legitimate order documents, including letters of credit and any other applicable export information.

Monitoring logistics movements in SAP (tracking and tracing), including entries properly for all claims and returning from outbound product entrance through to the issuing of the credit note to the customer.

Providing solutions for enhancement of processes, structure, and ways of daily work according to the constant changes of the business and operations.

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree , preferred in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

5+ years

of experience in a similar position in a multinational company. (Consumer goods industry experience is an advantage).

Knowledge of some ERP, preferably SAP.

Out-of-the-box thinker, attention to detail, proactive, very empathetic, and multitasking with the ability to work under pressure with good time management.

Advanced level in Excel.

Fluent

Spanish & English

with strong communication skills.
