We are now looking to expand our Marketing team, who are based in our UK HQ, with a Marketing Manager who is based in our Fort Lauderdale office and can focus on our America's region. The company operates on a global scale, servicing private flight needs across a broad spectrum of industries and disciplines. These include professional and collegiate sports teams, international music artists, celebrities and corporate America. More uniquely, we are called upon to handle emergency evacuations from global hotspots. We are looking to raise our profile and grow our market reach further across many of these areas. This role is a new role which comes at an exciting time when the Company, including our US operation, is on a growth trajectory and we see this role playing an important part in supporting that growth.

To be successful in this role you will thrive when using your own initiative and experience, to drive marketing plans and activities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will also deploy an effective project management approach and a structured working style in executing the agreed marketing plans. Your actions and recommendations will be based on harnessing our integrated CRM systems, as well as analyzing market data to drive insights and advise the sales team. This will be underpinned by your marketing and sales experience gained in a B2B environment.

About the role:

Our Marketing Manager- Americas is responsible for developing, managing, and executing our marketing strategy and plans within the Americas region. As a result, they will generate integrated omni-channel lead generating campaigns which will raise the profile of the business and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with the Group Marketing function and USA trading managers to develop a local marketing strategy and plan that supports the growth of the business and aligns with group strategy. Partnering with our marketing agencies and partners (group or local) to develop and deliver the marketing plans for Americas in line with the Group Marketing Strategy. In conjunction with the USA trading teams, defining and agreeing a rolling tactical marketing calendar of lead generation activity and manage it through various marketing resources including hands-on delivery. Research and identify sales opportunities in new markets or segments and recommend appropriate marketing activities. Manage the USA Charter website ensuring that the content is relevant for local market and our SEO ranking is maximised For this role we are looking for someone with:

Established and proven professional marketing experience in B2B environments in a fast-paced, growing service business. Proven experience in using of social media, PPC & SEO marketing, automated marketing tools and CRMs to drive lead generation campaigns and decision making. Excellent supplier relationship skills, comfortable reviewing work and providing feedback and guidance. Well-developed customer focused and interpersonal skills, comfortable working at different levels in the organisation and across different cultures. Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and other software applications e.g., (Adobe Creative Suite products, Google Analytics, WordPress). Project management skills with ability to prioritise work ensuring deadlines are met, whilst having a flexible approach within a team environment. Exercise creativity, independence, and resourcefulness in completing work accurately in a compressed time frame.
