Manage the talent acquisition process; collaborate with departmental managers for talent review meetings, oversee development of job ads, identify the right recruitment channels, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Undertake employer branding activities, seek new and creative strategies to increase talent sources and implement best practices to meet staffing requirements and improve employee lifecycle
Oversee HR service delivery operations, SLA compliance and critically analyze existing workflows to bring process improvements
Design NCGs performance management system based on best practices, roll out and manage the appraisal process including documentation, liaison with departments, internal communication with HR team and timely completion of appraisal process
Conduct TNA, develop training programs, deliver in-house trainings and measure training effectiveness to support business objectives
Design and track HR analytics to optimize internal processes and report critical trends to management
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
Find ways to build employee morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Communications
Develop content for website, corporate presentations, company newsletters, reports, press releases, and any other distribution channels
Manage NCG's online presence by designing social media strategy; creating engaging content, communicating with followers and updating company information on all platforms
