The Red Hat Core Platforms Agile Systems Engineering team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Agile Practitioner to join our team in Brno, Czech Republic. As an Agile Coach you will work closely with one of the brightest engineers in the open source community to create innovative technology for the next generation. As part of our team, you’ll focus on the OpenStack product. In your role as Agile Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with members of product engineering as well as a vibrant team of agile practitioners with a mission to help our Core Platforms business in its agile transformation.

What will you do

Be a part of Core Platforms Agile Systems Engineering Team in its overall mission to help Core Platforms in its Agile Transformation.

Act as Scrum Master/Kanban Coach/Continuous Improvement Coach for multiple, distributed development teams, with a focus on coaching the team on Agile values and practices and encouraging them to continuously improve.

Assist team and Product Manager or Product Owner with user story development and backlog grooming, including identifying unaccounted work.

Data driven analysis skills for measuring health of strategy-to-delivery
