BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING

Your new role:

  • Assist with supplier compliance audits and monitoring for US and Canada
  • Summarize and report audit findings
  • Assist Compliance Supervisor with analysis, investigation and resolution on issues of non-compliance
  • Document and communicate MSP client audit program details
  • Post-onboarding supplier COI and Diversity Certificate compliance and issue resolution
  • Assist with regulatory audit response and ad-hoc client audit requests
  • Assist with department projects, as assigned
  • Other duties, as assigned
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively with front- and back-office teams
  • Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire to ask questions and learn
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Ability to raise issues in a proactive and timely manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Regular job attendance and timeliness/punctuality
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • One year of experience in auditing, or auditing compliance with processes, or experience working in a Supplier/MSP enablement/operations preferred
  • Experience in a fast paced, production oriented environment
  • Experience within a sales environment, staffing or professional/consulting services industry experience preferred
  • Staffing, Managed Service Programs, or professional/consulting services industry experience preferred
