The Gist...

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (ICAM) program. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in overseeing ICAM initiatives, along with exceptional leadership skills to manage a dedicated team and foster strong relationships with government stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the health, growth, and successful execution of the program, while adhering to contract guidelines and driving organic growth.

What Your Day Might Include...
  • Develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of ICAM programs.
  • Drive organic growth of the programs through innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely execution and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress against established goals and objectives, identifying and addressing any deviations or obstacles.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring the program meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely execution and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress against established goals and objectives, identifying and addressing any deviations or obstacles.
  • Act as a liaison between the program team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely execution and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress against established goals and objectives, identifying and addressing any deviations or obstacles.
  • Oversee staffing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement career development plans to support the growth and advancement of team members.
  • Monitor the overall health and performance of the ICAM program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contract guidelines, regulations, and industry standards related to ICAM.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve deliverables within scope and on schedule.
Requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications...
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (ICAM) or similar technical initiatives.
  • Must have experience supporting government programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
