Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50 to $60
Respnsibilities:
- Business Systems Analyst will focus on functional analysis, project activities, and other tasks to support key legacy Distribution Platforms applications.
- In addition, the Analyst will work with key stakeholders to develop functional design info, change management documents, etc.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Document requirements, define scope & objectives.
- Rely on experience, and judgment to perform the functions of the job.
- You will analyze, document, and refine processes to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Your ability to understand and improve complex processes while maintaining clear, concise documentation is crucial.
- You may develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, timelines, and flowcharts to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
- Problem solvers who are flexible and creative in finding solutions to complex problems
- Proven ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple and complex assignments simultaneously in a quickly changing environment
- Self-starters who take the initiative in implementing goals, utilizing analytical skills, and possessing adaptability to change
- Strong experience working with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
- 5-7 years of experience working with both functional and technical decision-makers, experience documenting business processes within enterprise-level companies
- Experience and skills with Office 365 environment: Word, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, etc.
