How you'll make an impact

-Manages the client experience consistent with Gallagher's operational standards management -Manages a book containing high net worth clientele with frequent contact -grows revenue through counseling clients on additional lines of insurance -skilled in identifying risks that impact clients' assets -facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients -learns and adapts to new processes

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience.

Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
