Adolphus Harper - State Farm Agency, located in Marietta, Ga has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Office Representative. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and willing to obtain an insurance license. We will pay for your insurance license and pay for all of the training required in order to acquire your insurance license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
