The CARE analyst will plan and conduct statistical and program management research; analytical assessments, routine, and ad hoc reporting, prepare forms, and recommend solutions to enhance program delivery.

Essential Duties

Generates reports from single or multiple systems, training end users on new reports and dashboards. Prepares routine and ad hoc reporting.

Supports the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.

Manages and designs the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and meta data.

Managing master data sets, developing reporting tools, and troubleshooting issues.

Manages and interprets master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Uses statistical tools, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

Assesses tests and implements new or upgraded software. Assists with strategic decisions on new systems.

Trouble Shoots the reporting database environment and reports.

Provides technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Identifies opportunities for process improvements.

Creates appropriate documentation of the data analysis.

Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
