The schedule is for Monday 8a-5p and Wednesday 8a-5p. Under general supervision and according to prescribed procedures, the Patient Services Specialist greets patients, prepares forms, collects, verifies and enters patient information into EPIC necessary for the timely and accurate processing of patient claims.
