If you're ready to take the lead, eager to grow alongside cutting-edge technologies, and passionate about transforming innovative ideas into actionable solutions, we invite you to explore this opportunity further. Join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you won't just fit in; you'll thrive, lead, and drive our IT infrastructure to new horizons.

The Senior Systems Administrator will be tasked with working across a broad range of technologies and/or depth in few technologies. You can also expect to be involved with the strategy infrastructure and/or end user systems and project planning.

The Role

  • Lead collaborative efforts with the larger IT team to establish technical standards
  • Document system standards and/or end user guides
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Identify and mitigate risk.

  • Develop proposals to recommend solutions using performance benchmarks, data, and critical analysis when requested
  • Build out and/or define meaningful metrics and leverage them for continuous improvement
  • Continuous education and/or monitoring of industry trends and technologies that are relevant
  • Act as a point of escalation to provide level 2/3 support for server, host systems, voice, data, automation, security, storage networks, cloud systems, and domain management.

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to lead team projects
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Available to work in a 24-hour, 7 day a week environment
