Press Operator

**Description:**

Candidate will be operating compression mold machines that will be produce rubber or plastic rings and seals used in the oil and gas industry. They will be required to measure out powders and materials prior to setup and ensure the proper consistency. They will setup the machine and operate the hydraulic press to mold rubber preforms into seals.

**Qualifications:**

+ at least 3 years of experience in press, compression or injection molding.

+ Must be able to setup their own machines and minimize scrap

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs

+ Previous experience working with Rubber or plastics

**Specifics:**

+ Second shift: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays

+ Contract to hire: 4 months

+ Training and development

+ A/C and clean shop
