As a HR Representative, at Northwest Health Porter, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - responsibilities include:

  • Greets and assists applicants, Northwest Health Team Members, and/or other visitors, answers incoming phone calls, takes telephone messages as necessary
  • Prepares correspondence, monitors the on-boarding paperwork and ensures new hire associates complete all required documentation
  • Sets up new associate personnel files and ensures they are complete with all required documentation
  • Maintains an organized and professional entrance/waiting area within the Human Resources Department.
HR Representative opportunity that only requires 2 to 3 days per week from 7:30am - 4:30pm

Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Required. Associate's degree preferred
Experience / Certifications:
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in human resources and/or confidential work setting required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in human resources and/or confidential work setting preferred.
About the Job:
  • Performs clerical and general office duties to assist the activities of the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist in identifying evaluating and resolving human resource issues and work performance problems to facilitate communications and improve the human resource function.
  • Possesses superior communication skills, demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment, and be able to effectively direct front and back-end work processes and personnel toward a common goal.
  • Ability to perform tasks related to Onboarding Processes, including scheduling the Human Resources and Employee Health New Hire Appointments and General Orientation.
