As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.Job responsibilities:Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsDevelops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersIdentifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systemsLeads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architectureLeads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectProactively identify and resolve people, process, and technology issues to reduce incident mitigation time and to prevent incidents from happening.Troubleshoot and debug automated processes and workflows. Work in the Problem Management space ensuring we have a closed loop from detection to resolution.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityIn-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsExpert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform delivery and execution experience at large enterprise organizations.Strong understanding of business process automation concepts.Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer) is highly desirable.Microsoft Azure Certified is a plus.Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in developing and deploying custom applications.Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies and integration patterns.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and SaaS solutions.Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, Pagination, SharePoint.Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
