Job Overview

Counter Server is responsible for warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave, accurately describe dishes, correctly entering orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter.

Qualifications

•Prior customer service experience

•A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service

•Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system

•Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment

•Strong multi-tasking skills

•Competency in counting money and processing payments

•Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation

•A genuine commitment to excellence and success
