Trillium is on the lookout for a CNC Programmer proficient in Mastercam software, capable of making sound decisions and thriving with minimal supervision.

We need someone who embodies accuracy, reliability, and openness to constructive feedback. This role demands leadership qualities, serving as the go-to expert in our CNC department.

We currently offer a first shift position, running from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with potential overtime. The hourly wage ranges from $32.00 to $36.00, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Developing and updating CNC programs, setup sheets, tool sheets, and relevant documentation using company-standard software.
-Setting up and operating CNC machines to validate operations, troubleshoot, and adjust programs while ensuring tool availability.
-Assisting in the quoting process by estimating production times and required resources for specific manufacturing tasks.
-Reviewing designs for manufacturability, making necessary revisions, including GD&T specifications.
-Testing and inspecting products during manufacturing to ensure they meet specifications and comply with standards.
-Collaborating with supervisors and engineers to develop manufacturing processes for new and ongoing projects, adhering to customer specifications and company standards.
-Working alongside supervisors and engineers to design and implement effective inspection plans.
-Proficiency in programming from solid models in Mastercam.
-Designing and/or fabricating work-holding devices and tooling.

Qualifications:
•Must have at least 5 years of experience programing CNC machines with CAM software.
•Must understand G & M Codes.
•Must be able to develop a program from scratch.
•Must have a Diploma or GED, Associates degree in related field preferred.
•Must be able to program using Mastercam
•Must be willing and able to work overtime, including weekends, to meet business needs
