The Treasury Analyst is pivotal in managing the organizations financial activities focusing on cash flow, liquidity, and risk management. This role involves efficient cash management, optimizing cash balances, minimizing borrowing costs, and supporting financial decision-making across departments. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash balances and transactions, executing payments, forecasting cash needs, identifying financial risks, maintaining banking relationships, preparing financial reports, managing short-term investments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related area

+ Microsoft Office proficiency

+ Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles

Soft Skills

+ Sound judgment

+ Ability to escalate issues appropriately

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 17 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Work Environment

Hours/Shift - Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Some weekend work might be required due to 2024 budget season. Onsite at corporate office. Business Casual Dress code.
