As a Patient Intake Specialist, you will begin your day by reviewing new referrals and contacting families to welcome them to our program. You will guide families through the intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and verified for service approvals. Your duties will include collaborating with the insurance team and meticulously managing documentation to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
