Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Commercial Glazing division. This role may be filled at either a Junior or Senior level, depending on experience. The Project Manager must be a good cultural fit with our team and will collaborate with others as they oversee all phases of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial storefront and curtain wall projects ranging from $200K to $3M+. Oversee preconstruction processes including scope review, budget review, product selection, submittals, RFIs, purchasing, safety documentation and scheduling. Partner with clients, vendors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and share lessons learned to strengthen the team. Conduct site visits to verify progress, site conditions, and installation quality. Maintain accurate logs (RFIs, submittals, change orders) using Excel, SmartSheets, or other project management software. Manage project closeout, including warranties, maintenance manuals, and other required documentation. Represent Sound Glass with professionalism and integrity, maintaining our reputation as a premier glazing contractor. Qualifications Experience in project management or estimating within glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or general contracting. Strong knowledge of construction documents, procedures, and industry best practices. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A growth mindsetready to learn, adapt, and contribute.
