Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

  • Develop story ideas and content for internal and external marketing uses and projects including but not limited to website, social media, annual report and press releases.
  • Assist with Marketing strategic development. Monitor market trends to speak into creative and appealing designs. Monitor, track, and analyze brand performance and initiatives; translate analysis into strategic needs.
  • Create designs that support the creative and marketings strategy.
  • Act as Arrows photojournalist for organizational needs. Attend events, trainings, activities and record for promotional material and documentation.
  • Assist with videography projects including recording, editing, and producing. Cultivate, storyboard, capture and produce videos that tell the Arrow story.
  • Helps to maintain and update the Arrow website. Maintain online training calendars. Address web inquiries and direct to appropriate office.
  • Develop social media growth and impact by becoming an Arrow Influencer. Manage social media pages; develop content and stay up-to-date and relevant on platforms.
  • Design digital communication including e communications, digital newsletters, emails, social media, websites, etc.
  • Proof and edit all materials for publishing. Respond to local office requests for marketing materials.
  • Assist with graphic design projects using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Customize, print and disseminate flyers, insert cards and other special print materials.
  • Prepare purchase orders and interacts with suppliers and Arrows accounting department.
  • Direct/execute a wide range of visual media including photography, illustration, animation, video, print and computer-aided design.
  • Maintain an organized digital workflow.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedule, and budget for assigned marketing projects. Dissect assigned projects into deliverables with milestone lead dates.
  • Produce and Disseminate: Arrow business cards, office name plates, recognition certificates and licenses.
  • Maintain/order marketing supplies. Coordinate in-house printing, folding, mailing.
  • May be required to drive ACFM vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete Arrows vehicle training.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and COA standards.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, and five or more years of related experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Ability to work at a high level of professionalism and strong writing, editing and graphic design skills.
