If thisaligns with your values and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you Location: Brighton, CO and Windsor, CO Job Description:The HR Business Partner Director will be responsible for delivering HRprocesses, programs and initiatives in the areas of employee relations,immigration, workforce planning, performance management, retentionstrategies and succession planning to ensure seamless delivery/execution tomanagers and the organization. Deliver strategic support to assigned clientgroups through the alignment of HR initiatives to strategic business goals. Responsibilities: Serve as a Business Partner and work with functional clients to plan,develop and implement concrete people strategies and provide leadership in thechange process to create a productive culture focused on and accountable forresults, stronger collaboration and teamwork, and fully engage and developteam membersSupport a small team of HR Business partners providing ongoing feedback,coaching and development.Ability to supervise external vendors, specifically in talent acquisition,collaborate with local leadership, including workforce planning, tosupport hiring planProvide consulting on change management, people strategies, effectiveleadership and management skills, learning and development processes andorganizational effectivenessConduct annual workforce planning discussions that include: evaluation ofmarket demands and opportunities, competency requirement identificationversus existing competencies, organizational design and gap strategies. Workwith management and P&C colleagues to identify solutions and address theissuesPartner with functional client leadership to develop and implement successionplanning through identification, development, mentoring, and training ofkey positionsEnsure policies, procedures and practices comply with employment laws andalign with Company strategic goals. Advise management on strategies designedto maintain consistent treatment and compliance with employment laws to createan environment that encourages employee creativity and innovationProvide guidance to management on strategies to effectively monitor employeeperformance to reduce the risk of employment litigation, increase employeemorale, and minimize turnoverIdentify training needs within functional areas of responsibility, assistwith the development of training programs, and conduct training if required.This will ensure employees and managers understand company policies,minimize employee relations issues and enhance employee developmentParticipate in process improvement efforts and Company cross-functional teamsto ensure our processes are streamlined and meet expectations. Evaluateinternal trends as well as practices of other companies to makerecommendations to management to ensure the Company remains competitive and isable to attract/retain qualified employeesPartner with functional People & Culture colleagues in Talent Management,Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems and Operations Qualifications: Minimum of BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of related HR / ODexperience or the equivalent.3 years experience managing direct reportsPartner with centers of excellence to support vendors, specifically talentacquisition agencies preferredExperience with supporting multiple locations, experience with supportingmanufacturing workforcePHR, SPHR or GPHR Certification preferred.Requires demonstrated HR generalist or business partnering experience andknowledge of all HR fu ctions.Good computer skills, specifically in MS Office products.Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment law requiredDemonstrated flexibility working in a diverse and changing organization.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasksconcurrently with emphasis on attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positiveworking relationship with all internal colleagues and stakeholdersAdvanced organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work with accuracyand efficiency.Ability to maintain confidentiality Must have ability to understand and develop effective HR and OD strategieswhile understanding the implications from a culture, business growth,company practice and legal standpointAdvanced oral and written communication skills including maintainingconfidentiality, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and an abilityto use a variety of communication tools.
