Join our dynamic Industrial Team as a

Senior Structural Engineer

and contribute to innovative projects across industrial sector, including heavy industrial, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for complex industrial projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations. Provide critical QA/QC oversight and contribute to strategic decisions that drive project success. Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting their professional development and technical expertise. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution. Manage multiple project deliverables, maintaining rigorous timelines and budget constraints for high-quality results. We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE; Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; Kansas City, MO; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Loveland, CO and Denver, CO office location(s). We will also consider full remote candidates. Qualifications

You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. Having ownership in the work you do. Using your talents to positively affect communities. You bring to the team: Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, with a structural emphasis, is preferred. At least eight years of structural engineering experience, ideally in the industrial sector involving energy projects or pharmaceutical facilities. Registration as a Professional Engineer. Enthusiasm for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additional Information
