HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Big Personality – We’ll let you in on a little secret – the key to being a great bridal stylist is personality You must have a positive outlook and the ability to adapt to different types of people while still being yourself. Go getter mentality – We were built by a single mom of 3 that knew how to trust her gut feeling and knew how to make it happen. So yes, we love a woman who knows how to hustle. Retail therapy – Shopping for a wedding gown is never easy, you have to be a therapist for brides. It’s crucial that you know how to listen to what she’s not saying. You’ll be communicating with your fellow stylists, designers, and customers from different walks of life so effective verbal and written communication is a must. Eye for fashion – We appreciate a difference of style within our team and brides. You must be aware of the current bridal trends and willing to bring your own unique flare. Weekend Availability – Sundays are our day of rest, but Saturdays we go all in so it is required everyone is available to work this day. Closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.
